Biggest Loser Casting Call

We have gotten hooked on watching the Biggest Loser this season  so when we found out there was an open casting call in Phoenix, Kevin was up for it.  He got application together and got there at 7am.  (I stayed home 'cause I am NOT a morning person)  There was already a huge line and the doors wouldn't open until 10am. They also were only going to see the first 500 people.  Luckily Kevin was # 324.  HE realized that he needed a picture along with the application and called me to bring him one.  When I got there at 10:30 the line wrapped around the building and the excitement in the air was very contagious,  It seemed like a lot of fun and I wanted to support him so I stayed!  We got some fun pictures with this seasons contestants....they were all really nice!

The family and I participated in  the Twosisteroneheart fundraiser on Valentines Day.  Our friend Aimee has a  sister who has conjoined twins and this race was to help raise money for separation expenses.  (They have to go to Seattle to have the operation)

Jake, Kevin and I did the 5k while Sam and Noah did the kids fun run.  Jake came in 1st in his age group and as for me and Kevin...lets just say we finished!

It was a long day , but I'm so glad we did it.  We all had a great time and loved visiting with Aimee!

Noah played basketball this winter.  He had a lot of fun and played awesome! His team was the Suns.  He is really good at defense and had quite a few steals this season.  He was also one of the leading scorers on his team.  WAY TO GO NOAH!

There are soooo many activities, events and happenings to blog that I haven't been able to keep up.  Add to that, I can't spend more than 5 minutes at a time on the computer it makes it diffucult.  So enough excuses here is my plan!  

My goal is to blog each sunday.  Our church is from 8-11am ( I know, crazy time!)  that gives my the whole rest of the day and there is a lot of it left!  I'll try to catch up and stay current.  Cross your fingers!!!

Snow in Flagstaff

This is my first post is a long time.  Not because I haven't wanted to, but I have been waiting on Kevin to send me pics from the holidays.  Well I am still waiting......so I have decided to skip Christmas posting (Sorry Pawmah)  He is just taking to long! :) Those pictures were on his camera and are now on his computer soooo enough waiting!!!  Here is what I've got....Snow in Flagstaff!  We only had to drive 21/2 hours to get to it.  But we had tons of fun.  Kevin even found a front loader shoveling out snow.  We had him dump 3 loads into the back of our truck to take home.  We ended up driving for more hours than we actually played in the snow, but we had FUN.
